Michael J. Berry is an attorney with Stevens & McMillan. Mr. Berry’s entire practice is devoted to litigation, where he exclusively represents employees in both individual claims and wage and hour class actions in state and federal trial and appellate courts and arbitration.
Mr. Berry is passionate about standing up for the rights of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he utilizes years of experience defending employers to achieve the best possible outcome for each client. Mr. Berry’s experience includes trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, appellate work, and all aspects of pretrial written discovery and law and motion.
Mr. Berry received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California in 2011, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2014.
Mr. Berry is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Berry is involved in the Orange County legal community and is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
