SOMETIME BETWEEN AUG, AND OCT, OF 2018, CHRIS WALKS INTO MY SHOP AND ASKS ME IF THE OTHER CARPENTER AND MYSELF WANT TO BUILD A STRUCTURE AT A BASEBALL STADIUM FROM THE GROUND UP. THE REASON FOR IT IS BECAUSE THE COUNTY RAN OUT OF MONEY AND CANT PAY GOODFELLOW BROS. TO DO THE JOB.

I TOLD HIM NO, MY PARTNER / SUPERVISOR SAID NO. THAT’S NOT IN BOTH OF OUR JOB DESCRIPTIONS.   WE THEN GET INTO A BIG ARGUMENT.  WE DID NOT END UP DOING THE JOB.

Facts that Nov 10 2018he deny me a chance to further my career,  by not allowing me to take a training course I signed up for. He even tried asking ( at my personal truck, followed me to my truck)me if I really wanted to take it. I said yes. He denies it anyway. Nov10 2018. Chris writes me up for not letting him know if I leave work, but I always let my immediate supervisor know. Nov 13. 2018I sign the documentation of the write-up. NOV 15 2018 CHRIS KINZLE DENIES ME THE RIGHT/ OPPORTUNITY TO GET MY DAUGHTER AND TAKE HER TO DR.

HE THREATENS ME AND SAYS IF U DON’T COME WITH ME NOW, THAT’S AN AUTOMATIC FAIL.

ALL OF THIS WITHIN A WEEK OF TIME. TO ME THERE IS SOME sort of retaliation that can be proven or workplace harassment.

In order to see if you have a case, we need to find out if Chris’s poor treatment of you was based on some type of illegal discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.  Only certain categories and activities are protected by law.  Also, since these events happened last year, you should to consult with an attorney immediately otherwise you might run out of time to take legal action.
