I am sorry that your boss treats you this way. Unfortunately, you can not sue him or her for harassment unless you can show he is treating you this way because of your race, gender, religion, sexual preference, disability or some other protected category. Harassment, under the legal definition, is a form of discrimination, therefore you must show the harasser is acting with a discriminatory intent in addition to showing that the conduct is severe, pervasive and unwelcome.
